Full STEAM Ahead Volunteer

Pueblo is excited to expand the scope of our Around the World Science e-books by introducing our newest program: Full STEAM Ahead! Full STEAM Ahead features both in-class and after-school programming. As a volunteer with this program, you will have the opportunity to develop your teamwork, presentation, and leadership skills while teaching experiments to groups of grade 4-6 students. We are also looking for support behind the scenes as we continue our outreach and marketing efforts!

Activities

Plan and organize program sessions

Create marketing materials and promote The Program on social media

Teach experiments to 4-6 graders all over Ontario

Work with the Full STEAM Ahead team to work out the logistics of the program

Locations

Our main goal with Full STEAM Ahead is to deliver the program to as many grade 4-6 students in Ontario possible, both in the classroom and at home. However, throughout the ongoing pandemic, all sessions will be delivered online meaning that Full STEAM Ahead’s programming can be taught anywhere there is an internet connection!
